Summer Series: Healing the Whole Person

If you missed it during the spring, join us this summer for an 8-week series engaging the new video content from the John Paul II Healing Center! This material teaches on the human heart, the wounds of life, and the healing the Lord desires to bring us. Dr. Bob Schuchts and Sr. Miriam James Heidland, SOLT, present these powerful teachings and lead us to reflect on and pray into our own stories and to receive the healing love of Christ in them.

This series will run on Thursday evenings, 7:00 - 8:30 PM starting on June 23rd and ending on August 11th.

Register HERE by June 20th.

We are only accepting registrations from parishioners in our parish grouping (St. John the Baptist, Christ the King, and St. Joseph). Please feel free to contact Jess Jenkins with any questions at [email protected]

Inner Healing Prayer Sessions

"Healing is an essential dimension of the apostolic mission and of Christianity. When understood at a sufficiently deep level, this expresses the entire content of redemption."
- Pope Benedict XVI

At St. John the Baptist, we desire every person in our parish and in our city to experience the healing love of Jesus. Inner healing prayer ministry is a way by which we can encounter this healing love.

In an inner healing prayer session, a team of two people will pray with you to receive whatever healing God chooses to give you. You will be given the opportunity to use prayers which will help you to open up more deeply to God. All of the members of the Healing Prayer teams have been trained in in-depth prayer ministry by the John Paul II Healing Center in Tallahassee, Florida.

Please contact Jess Jenkins at [email protected] to schedule a session.
